Perfect for corporate functions, social celebrations, production shoots, and immersive experiences, The INDUSTRIAL offers a clean slate for your most creative ideas — all with the convenience of professional support and seamless execution.

  • The INDUSTRIAL can accommodate up to 650 guests cocktail style and 600 theater style indoors. Our indoor and outdoor capacity is 3,000.

  • The INDUSTRIAL has a full liquor license in-house along with preferred caterers that we recommend. We do not allow outside food and beverage but if you have specific questions please reach out.

  • Yes, standard tables and chairs are included in the rental. Specialty rentals are available for an additional fee.

  • Rental includes a 8-hour block. Additional hours can be added for an hourly fee. Overtime fees apply if not pre-arranged.

  • Yes, we have a private lot with approximately 200 spaces. Valet services and additional parking can be arranged.

  • Absolutely. Please contact our sales team to book a private walkthrough.

  • A signed contract and a security deposit are required to reserve your date. Final payment is due 4 weeks prior to the event date.

  • Yes, we require a Certificate of Insurance listing The INDUSTRIAL as additionally insured. Templates are available upon request.

  • We provide a venue coordinator for logistical support, but recommend hiring a planner for full event execution. We can also provide event planning services at an additional cost.

  • Yes, The INDUSTRIAL is fully ADA compliant with accessible entrances, restrooms, and interior pathways.

  • Yes, complimentary fiber high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue with customizable networks.

  • Please reference contract for specific cancellation policy.

  • Yes, with prior approval. Packages may be received up to 2 business days before the event. All items must be clearly labeled and picked up within 1 business day after the event
