The INDUSTRIAL can accommodate up to 650 guests cocktail style and 600 theater style indoors. Our indoor and outdoor capacity is 3,000.

The INDUSTRIAL has a full liquor license in-house along with preferred caterers that we recommend. We do not allow outside food and beverage but if you have specific questions please reach out.

Yes, standard tables and chairs are included in the rental. Specialty rentals are available for an additional fee.

Rental includes a 8-hour block. Additional hours can be added for an hourly fee. Overtime fees apply if not pre-arranged.

Yes, we have a private lot with approximately 200 spaces. Valet services and additional parking can be arranged.

A signed contract and a security deposit are required to reserve your date. Final payment is due 4 weeks prior to the event date.

Yes, we require a Certificate of Insurance listing The INDUSTRIAL as additionally insured. Templates are available upon request.

We provide a venue coordinator for logistical support, but recommend hiring a planner for full event execution. We can also provide event planning services at an additional cost.
